We very much enjoyed our time in this comfortable accommodation. The space was light, and clean. We were visiting family in town and there was space for one to sleepover in the 2nd bedroom and also sufficient space for the 5 of them to visit for living room conversation. We were able to prepare a few meals in the nice kitchen; meals were comfortable for the 3 of us at the table (for 4). Having a TV in both bedrooms and LR was nice for kids. Also great to have 2 bathrooms, one with a tub. We made use of the washer/dryer; a big help! There were a few family games on hand and the kids enjoyed those. The location of the property was helpful. We easily got over to campus, the library, and local restaurants were either a quick drive or easy walk. A/C worked well and we appreciate that we could set to our comfort level. This trip we ate at Siam, Sweetgreen, Hammondtree Grilled Cheese, Handshake and Creme. The nearby Taco & Tamale is always good but we missed them this trip. Next time we are in town we hope to stay here again.

College Tour

My son and I stayed here so he could attend a college tour for Arkansas. I highly recommend this apartment. Just minutes to campus, it’s in a perfect location. The apartment is spotless. The owners were extremely accommodating as I had special circumstances in booking my reservation. Their communication was top notch. I would highly recommend staying here.
