-Extra fees apply for pool/hot tub heating and if bringing pets
-Pool heat fee must be paid 24 hours in advance of arrival at the absolute latest
-If heating fee is paid less than 24 hours before arrival, we cannot guarantee pool will feel warm upon check in
-Service people are permitted to access the outside of the property and pool to perform their weekly maintenance duties
-Bedroom #6 is located in our library/game room and is partitioned with a privacy curtain. It contains 2 twin day beds and twin trundles and sleeps 4 adults.
-Bedroom #7 is located in our movie room and is partitioned with two privacy curtains. It contains 2 twin day beds, and 2 twin trundles and sleeps 4 adults.
-Pool floaties are for staging purposes only and are not a guaranteed amenity
-Maintance emergencies/amenity failures will be resolved as promptly as possible at hosts discretion whether or not guests are on site at time of repair
-All twin beds are day beds or trundles except one which is a pullout sleeper.
-Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am
