The whole group will enjoy this home with an open-floor plan. Enjoy the large, well-equipped kitchen, large dining room and comfortable living area. The house has 4 large bedrooms to enjoy and 2 full bathrooms.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. Nearby attractions include Binghamton University, Broome Community College, Ross Park Zoo, as well as many parks and restaurants. Enjoy nearby hiking, skiing and scenic waterfalls. Close to the Binghamton Airport.

This space has 4 large bedrooms. Each with a bed, desk, dresser and closet. It boasts a gorgeous, large kitchen, spacious living and rleaxing dining area. As well as 2 shared bathrooms. Large front-porch to enjoy at your discretion. Guests will enjoy free wifi. Many restaurants and taverns are within a 5-10 minute drive. My favorites include: Town Diner, Craft, Dos Rios, Tully`s and the Pour House. The Tioga Downs Casino is a short 25 minute drive. Many neighboring towns such as Owego, Binghamton, Endicott and Vestal are within easy access from this central point. Syracuse is about a 60 minute drive. This home is 1 turn away from Rt 17 access.

The whole home will be available to my guests.

Myself and my cohosts have access to the home. We have a small office space , greet our guests occasionally, restock supplies and come in to handle guest needs intermittently. You may also see some of our cleaning staff and maintenance staff when needed.

Urban, quiet neighborhood.

On site parking for 1 car. All other vehicles must park on Willow Street. Bus stop is outside the front door. Parking in the driveway is first come first serve.

City neighborhood in Johnson City. Quiet, residential area which borders surrounding small cities of Endicott, Vestal, Binghamton & Endwell.
SAFETY
No one has access to the home except for myself, my fiance and son who may access the home during the day. I will be available if needed. I have a small office in the home & will be there on occasion or stop to say hello.
**A Relaxing Vibe**
We ask that guests skip the parties during their stay — we want everyone to feel comfy and relaxed.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house, but you’re welcome to step outside if needed.

**Guests & Visitors**
To keep things cozy and secure, only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight or visit.

** Supplies**
We’ll set you up with toilet paper and paper towels to get you started. If you need more during your stay, just restock as needed.

**Noise & Neighborhood Courtesy**
We truly appreciate your mindfulness of our wonderful neighbors. Excessive noise may result in a $150 fee.

For disturbances during quiet hours (10 pm–7 am) or situations involving law enforcement, the fee is $500 and the reservation may be subject to cancellation.

** Keeping Things Tidy**
Please keep the space neat and tidy and clean up after yourselves so everyone can enjoy a pleasant environment.

** Check-Out**
Check-out is at 10 am. Before you head out, please leave the unit tidy:
-Wash and put away all dishes
-Toss all food into the garbage
-Take the trash out to the outside bins
