Enjoy hilltop rolling hills & city views featuring Pueblo architecture 30 min from DT San Diego! Inside find cathedral ceilings, split & open floor plan, big rooms, king beds, infinite tankless hot water, smart TV's, Starlink 100mb internet, natural well water, & unobstructed views in every room. Exterior features a triple-heated* salt-water pool, a jacuzzi*, horse shoes, croquet, golf teeing area, & tennis/bball court*. A true secluded Southern California experience.

Comfort: All beds have 100% cotton sheets and 100% cotton blankets (duvets are microfiber). All sheets and blankets are white, do not trust vacation rentals without white bedding! Mattresses are all medium firm and fiberglass free. All beds feature luxury gel pillows. All bedrooms feature blackout curtains for a peaceful nights rest. House has two seperate HVAC systems with air conditioning and propane gas heat. Thermostats are controlled with ecobee thermostats. House is energy efficient with dual pane windows and quality insulation.

Outdoor Grounds & Entertainment: Spread out and enjoy supreme privacy on the 9 acres. We have basketballs and footballs spread around the property. We have frisbee golf in the front yard. We have some some squirt guns available for the fountains. We have horseshoes on the hill behind the pool. We have a tennis/basketball court in C/D conditions for casual non-competitive play which does require walking down a small hill. We have a couple croquet balls and some mini-golf behind the pool as well. Sit by the pool and see the San Diego hills. At night a part of the San Diego skyline is visible through the mountains.. Cook with a propane grill and charcoal grill. We have two propane tanks available and ask that guests refill their own propane.

Indoor Entertainment: We have 6 smart TV's, one in every bedroom! HBO Max, Disney Plus, Paramount Plus, Netflix, and Hulu are available. A 1000W Bose Theater sound system is available for use in the family room attached to the TV, note that local DB laws are enforced. We have a small collection of board games including our favorite Quarkle. An AirPlay device called Mii Audio is attached to the stereo to cast from your Apple or Android phone.

Wi-Fi: We have 100mb Starlink internet!

Inside: Enter into a grand entry-way with cathedral ceilings. Stairs are directly ahead that lead to a loft with balcony and rolling hills views. The house has a split floorplan with two giant living rooms with a kitchen in between them, with a master bedroom on seperate wing and other downstairs bedrooms on a seperate wing.

Bedrooms: An XL master bedroom, with a stand-alone jet tub and walk-in shower. Second bedroom is large as well, features a jack and jill bathroom with two showers leading to the third average sized bedroom. All bedrooms have king sized beds, some with "trundle" beds to handle extra guests. Two bedrooms feature sliding glass doors with entrance/exit to outside. Loft with private balcony and a palm tree hillside view serves as 4th bedroom. Note that some platforms count the living room as a 5th bedroom because we have beds available for it.

Year-round pool and jacuzzi: We heat our massive saltwater pool with unobstructed hillside and city views in THREE DIFFERENT WAYS to get you the best pool experience possible! We have a solar heater, propane heater, and a solar pool cover. The pool is fully fenced. We have floaties and balls for fun by the pool. The pool is on the larger and deeper side with an enjoyable shallow end. April1-Sep30 pool heat is FREE from our aquathermal solar heater (weather dependent). Oct1-March30 propane heat is $299 for the first day and $129/day for each subsequent day. Propane heat is also available from April1-Sep30 and is $199 for the first day and $99/day for each subsequent day. Jacuzzi is free if your base daily rate is $300 or higher, else it is $49/day. Our solar blanket also heats the pool and this is free.

Groundskeeping: There is an adjacent sublot with a groundskeeper on it, you will have complete privacy during your stay, and we as the property management company will be the primary contact during your stay.

Large groups/Events for locals from Southern CA: We've successfully hosted large groups at this property. If you are local to Southern California and have a group of 8 or more we require that you purchase the $59 damage protection at checkout, please select this option when you book, you will see the option post-booking. If you are booking for a one-day stay and are a So-Cal local and have a group of 8 or more, our minimum rate is $500 for your one-day booking.

My team stayed twice and enjoyed a second time
My contracting team stayed twice here once in April and another in May, I booked it for them again because they were fond it it with the space and cleanliness. No complaints, and the feedback from my team this time was that the stereo was replaced and new from the last time they were there and the roof to the tiki bar was replaced so they were happy to see some upgrades. The hosts were gracious with what they called a hybrid late checkout because my guys had to do a nightshift for the store finishings they were doing in Spring Valley, thanks David for your considerations and for sending the extra pack of towels!

Booked for employees - they liked it
I booked this house for my crew who was in the area, 15 guys who were there for a local store remodeling. The overall feedback was that the house was clean, the views were one of a kind, and that the property was a special place that one would want to settle down or retire at. The cons that some mentioned are that the house could use some upgrades but that it still has a lot of charm and originality and its a newer home so it seemed like it was built that way intentionally. The hosts were extremely responsive and answered every call and immediately responded to messages and texts, we did not have lot of questions and calls mostly about trying to figure out the jacuzzi. They did have to send someone out to help with the jacuzzi on the second day and he was there within 10 minutes. Our guys are coming back to the area in a few weeks and I plan to book again.

Very clean, as described
The listing was very clean and as described. This was the only place that would accommodate a group our size on our dates in the area and we were happy with the choice. The pool was a huge hit as the views were incredible, everyone really just almost didn't leave the spot. The house itself was as described, the hosts did a good job with setting expectations with us prior to booking with our questions. The house was very clean, we really liked all the white bedding and white towels, it made it feel higher end. We opted in for the daily maid service that they offer and Shelly did a fantastic job, we didn't have to lift a finger throughout our entire stay. Their kitchen was fully stocked and they had plenty of everything for our large sized group, we cooked throughout the stay and just loved everything and would come back, thank you!

Beautiful house, responsive hosts.
Beautiful home! Very spacious. Great for big families the house has so many beds. Not to mention the pool the kids loved it. The views are amazing, I enjoyed watching the sunset.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Definitely will be booking again. The area is prefect very private and peaceful.

As described
Place was as described, views were phenomenal, they were just above the marine layer and we were floating above the clouds for a whole day, never seen anything like it. Heated pool was super warm the whole time and we were happy we added that. As someone else mentioned there is some room for improvement on upgrades but evidence of recent maintenance and everything was safe. The pool was fully gated which we were happy about as well. Would come back.
