PELICAN BUNGALOW, 2B/2B, TOP FLOOR TWO-LEVEL MARAVILLA CONDO!

It doesn't get higher than Pelican Bungalow! A gorgeous 2-level 2 bedroom condo, Sleeping 8, and Pet Friendly. Located on the Top Floor. Overlooking the Maravilla Resort pools and the Gulf of Mexico for the best Beach Time stay!

Enjoy the breathtaking ocean and poolside views from this gorgeous third floor condo. Relax as you enter the entry level of Pelican Bungalow. This entertainment area features a spacious living area with large sectional sofa providing comfort for all guests. The living area features Dish TV for viewing pleasure. Private balcony access from the living room to the large patio with spectacular ocean views and accommodating outdoor table for drinking your morning coffee or relaxing in the evening with your favorite beverage. Pelican Bungalow features a homelike dining table for serving and partaking in meals; seats 6 guests. As you enter towards the kitchen area, there's a cute and convenient bar area with additional seating for 2 on two bar stools. The fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. You'll have everything you need from drip coffee maker, dishwasher, blender, microwave and tea kettle to dinnerware and cookware for 8. There may be some variations in furnishings or decor since pictures were taken.

Enjoy a peaceful night's rest, as the bedrooms of Pelican Bungalow are located upstairs on the second level. The primary bedroom features the "gotta-have-it" King size bed and TV for ultimate relaxation. The second bedroom sleeps 6 guests, as it features two twin over full bunk beds with TV to keep all entertained. Linens are provided.

Maravilla Condo has wonderful amenities to discover and enjoy while staying at Pelican Bungalow which include three pools (one of which is heated), a hot tub, poolside grills, picnic tables, chaise loungers and poolside seating...as well as a volleyball area...all in a relaxing tropical setting. Additional outdoor activities include ping-pong and bean bag toss. Guests have access to free Dish TV and WiFi in their condo or simply stream your favorite programs from your personal digital accounts. There are three elevators onsite. This unit is closest to the back elevator, #3; there are 10 additional steps to get to the unit.

Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking.
A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows:
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.

Although we love guests of all ages, you MUST be at least 25 years old to rent. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay. Laundry located onsite. Home is dog friendly for up to 2 pets. $100.00 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and $50 non-refundable fee for the 2nd pet. 25lb limit. No cats allowed. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and/or signature on a pet addendum.

Galveston is an amazing and fun community! There are so many different things to do and see...there truly is something for everyone. Within walking distance you'll find go-carts and miniature golf, fishing and dining at Jimmy's on the Pier, batting cages, and our local movie theater. Moody Gardens Golf Course is located nearby, as is the entire Moody Gardens experience and our world-famous waterpark, Schlitterbahn. In town, enjoy one of our many fabulous restaurants that offer everything from fine dining to international cuisine to some of the best burgers around. If shopping is your thing, visit The Strand and Post Office where quaint shops and art galleries abound. You won't want to miss Mod Coffeehouse or "Hey, Mikey's Ice Cream!" The Grand 1894 Opera House offers some of the best entertainment and shows in Texas, featuring headliners from across the country, as well as an historic setting for live theatre. We love our festivals and special events here in Galveston!

We welcome our guests and work diligently to make your experience memorable. Beach Time Vacation Rentals wants our visitors to be able to start their vacation without a hitch. We have each condo ready with a starter set of essentials including toilet paper for both bathrooms, a roll of paper towels, linens and bath towels, a couple of dishwashing tablets, and a couple of trash bags. Each bathroom has a guest size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. This is a non-smoking unit (inside).
