Welcome to our spacious home!Enjoy relaxing on comfortable sofas while watching TV.The room is adorned with two ceiling fans,ample lighting from lamps,and even a convenient storage bench for your belongings.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and dining,boasting a dishwasher,refrigerator,oven/stove,microwave, blender,coffee maker,and various other thoughtful amenities.Casual meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar,which is complemented by two comfortable bar stools.

Designed for convenience and socializing,the kitchen features a ceiling fan for comfort,a pass-through window to the living room enhancing communication and spaciousness.A patio door provides direct access to the pool area,making outdoor dining and a refreshing swim easily accessible.If you would like to heat the pool,it will be available for a 50$+tax/night additional charge for the length of your stay,which must be paid prior to your check-in date. Please inform us in advance if you would like the pool to be heated.

A monitor,a dedicated desk and chair provide a comfortable workspace,ensuring you can stay productive or indulge in quiet moments at your leisure.

Bedroom #3 features a cozy queen-size bed,a bedside lamp for evening reading.The walk-in closet offers ample storage for your belongings,and guests have easy access to the main bathroom.Stay comfortable with a ceiling fan,and enjoy entertainment with the included TV.

The Guest bathroom features a tub and shower combination,a toilet bowl,hair dryer and a vanity sink with mirror. Meanwhile,the Master bathroom offers a his and her's vanity sinks with mirrors, a stand-up shower,hair dryer and a toilet bowl situated in enclosed area.To enhance your stay,we provide fresh towels,ensuring a refreshing beginning to your day.

Our serene outdoor haven features a sparkling pool,a relaxing hot tub,comfortable outdoor furnishings,and a convenient BBQ grill.Embrace the tranquility as you lounge by the poolside or soak in the hot tub,then gather around the grill to savor delicious meals under the open sky.This inviting space is designed for ultimate relaxation and enjoyment,offering the perfect setting to unwind and create lasting memories with loved ones.

Washer and dryer are conveniently located in the laundry room,offered at no additional charge.Additionally,there are 2 parking spaces available in the driveway.This is a non-smoking property,and this home has Wi-Fi.

We provide a starter supply of liquid soap,dish soap, dishwasher soap,paper towel,toilet paper,and garbage bags.

• We provide a BBQ. Guest will not get refunded if any unexpected malfunction or if gas is emptied. We provide a starter quantity. Guest will have to fill it if they need more.
• Avoid Damage: Please treat all belongings like you would your own. Charges will apply.

• Please respect check-in and check-out times. No overstaying without prior permission and payment.
• Please do not remove any mail in the mailbox if any.
• No mails or packages to be sent to the property. We will have to discard them if any.
• Please do not park your vehicle inside the garage.
• Trailers/boats are not allowed on the driveway or on the streets of this community.
• Please avoid parking on the grass as it is an HOA violation.
• Pool isn't heated.
• POOL HEATING IS AVAILABLE FROM OCTOBER TO APRIL FOR $25+TAX/NIGHT ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR THE LENGTH OF YOUR STAY WHICH MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK-IN DATE. (NOTE: APRIL TO SEPTEMBER POOL HEATING OPTION IS NOT AVAILABLE)
•Please inform us in advance if you would like the pool to be heated. For safety reasons, the pool temperature will not be set higher than 80 degrees. We cannot guarantee the pool's temperature at any time due to varying climate factors. Refunds will not be issued for any reason.
• Pool and hot tub: Persons less than 14 years of age must always have adult supervision.
•Use the hot tub at your own risk.
•Keep the hot tub temperature at or below 92°F (33°C) for your safety and comfort.
• After using the hot tub, make sure to close the cover completely to ensure hygiene and preserve water quality.
• Pool and hot tub care: Scheduled once a week. They will enter from the backyard door. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
• Mining Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies is prohibited. Claim will be made.
• Lawn Care: Scheduled bi-weekly. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
•There will be an inspection for quality and safety purposes conducted by a member of our team. If it happens to fall during your stay, we will notify you in advance. Guest presence is not mandatory during the inspection but inspection may be. Guest understands and agrees to access.
• Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city. We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages.
• Right of Access: Guest understands, acknowledges and agrees upon confirming their booking that the manager/technician of the property will access (with or without your presence)the property for purpose of inspection, any maintenance requests from guests or other circumstance when deemed necessary with reasonable notification by one/all or any text, message, call, through booking platform to the guest for purposes of ensuring the safety and security of the property.
