House was great, and in close proximity to Belleayre and Plattekill mountains! Well stocked kitchen, and the espresso machine was an unexpected bonus! Only issue we had was a lack of hot water, and unfortunately a technician wasn’t able to come out to assess the issue during our stay. Other than an ice cold shower, we loved our stay!

This was an excellent place for our family to stay for our ski trip! We came as the winter storm arrived and the host kept the drive plowed and attended to during the weather. Only thing I would recommend is that you have a 4 wheel drive rather than an AWD. Great experience!!

Communication with the host and property manager was great! It snowed when we got there and the slow plow came the next morning to clean the driveway. Rooms are nice, clean, spacious. Kitchen has everything you need. Used the wifi to work and it was excellent. You definitely need a truck/4WD to get up the hills there.

Perfect location for a family ski trip

We had a lovely stay at Irina‘s house. It was nicely appointed clean and very comfortable my wife my son and my toddler daughter were very happy with the property and Irina was quick to answer. Any questions we had. We definitely intend to stay here again in the future.

Great stay, minutes to Belleayre!

We came to ski for the weekend and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Spacious home, rooms were clean bathroom was new. They even left firewood by their clean fireplaces for those cold winter nights. Great communication A+!

Updated cabin in a secluded area with nice amenities.

Overall, great value property for one family. Well maintained and cleaned with great family features like fireplace, fully stocked kitchen necessities, and lots of seating. Excellent WiFi with smart Tv was a great feature! Upgraded bathrooms with great soaps and quality towels. Close drive to the Belleayre ski center and Margaretville for restaurants. AWD is a minimum to get up this driveway, but be careful with any low profile tires as there are rocks and gravel, not a paved road. Would be very difficult walking up this driveway in the snow/ice.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. There was no hot water for the entire stay, which meant we could not shower at all. Hot water is a basic necessity required for a property to be habitable, not an optional amenity, and this alone made the stay extremely negative.We remained polite and understanding the whole time, giving the host every opportunity to resolve the issue, while she was dismissive and kept giving us the runaround, telling us to wait for a technician who never arrived during our stay. We spent hours waiting for updates instead of being able to use the property normally.To make matters worse, the host refused to offer any reimbursement. We requested compensation, and Vrbo also asked her to provide a refund, but she declined, saying the lack of hot water was beyond her control even though the problem lasted the entire time.Completely unacceptable handling of a serious issue. I would not recommend this property.

For clarity, the hot water interruption occurred for one night only and we made every effort to address it as quickly as possible. A partial reimbursement was also provided through customer support. We take great care in maintaining our home and thoughtfully curating details for our guests’ enjoyment. Following your stay, we noted some damage to a personal guest book, which was disappointing. We remain committed to providing a clean, well-maintained space and to responding promptly to any concerns so our guests can have the best possible experience.

Not enough info given

The house was cute, fine for what it was but the heat barely worked in the primary suite. We had to turn it up in order to even use the bathroom resulting in the other bedrooms becoming very very warm. The temp kept going to down to 60 when we would leave the house so coming back from skiing to a very cold home. The beds were not comfortable at all. The home is way up on a mountain and the road it is on doesn’t look like a road bc of snow. The driveway is extremely steep and they don’t provide regular snow removal, you must ask for it. Overall it was fine. But would have appreciated knowing how remote the home actually was.

We could not have been more helpful to Catherine. As soon as she let us know, she was having trouble finding the property. I got on it right away with her and got her to the house. Anything she asked us for we helped with right away. She didn’t mention most of these things during her stay so there would’ve been no way to help her if she didn’t let us know. Most people absolutely love the place and the reviews are great. Please take a look at our other reviews. :-)

Sweet spot nestled in the mountains, beautiful scenery, oh so comfy beds and bedding, lovely layout and very tastefully furnished. We really enjoyed our stay, the only thing that would've made it better is if they had an actual grill but we made it work with the fireplace grill. Irina is a conscience host and replied quickly. We had everything we needed and we would definitely recommend this little gem of a.spot.
