We changed our check in date from April 23 to April 22. CIRE didn’t update their records. We waited on the sidewalk for 3 hours before they figured it out and let us into the apartment. Once we got inside, we found a box of condoms and a half-eaten carton of ice cream. The sheets on the bed in the bigger bedroom were so thin they were practically see through. The bottom sheet was too small for the mattress and was coming off the bed an hour after I went to sleep. Other than that, the apartment was great. A notice told us that there was a fee if the parking pass was not left when we checked out. As there was no parking pass on the counter, I immediately notified CIRE. The next day they acknowledged and offered to bring us one. Two days after check out I got a past due notice for the missing parking pass. The next day, I got a past due notice for parking pass plus a cleaning fee plus an additional guest fee! When I got home and called CIRE, I was told that the cleaning and additional guest fees were probably from a former guest. What??!! By the next day, the problem was resolved. Unfortunately, the whole stressful mess keeps me from recommending this property to anyone.
