**Important Notices:**
1. No Smoking: Smoking of any kind are strictly prohibited indoors and will result in immediate termination. Smoke detector in unit. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking.
2. Quiet Hours: Maintain respectful noise levels between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. A noise monitoring device is installed in the unit, ensuring privacy with no recording. Fines will apply for violations, and legal action will be taken.
3. Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests is 3. Additional visitors must be approved.
4. Pets allowed per stay for a fee with pre-approval: 1-29 Nights: $120 per pet, 30+ Nights: $250 per pet and a $500 deposit (refundable if no damage to property)
5. No Parties: Hosting events or gatherings are not allowed. We have 15 Drug Dogs on site, we live next door and are retired police officers. We will prosecute you to the full extent of the law if needed. Security/ringer camera at the front entrance door to ensure your safety and peace of mind.

Less then 30 day stay: $120 per pet
30+ day stay: $250 per pet plus $500 deposit. Deposit is refundable after inspecting the unit upon check out. Any damages accrued by your pet will be assessed and will be deducted from your deposit. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation with an undisclosed/unapproved pet.
6. No Parties: Hosting events or gatherings are not allowed. We will prosecute you to the full extent of the law if needed. Security/ringer camera at the front door to ensure your safety and peace of mind.
7. Help us prevent pests and bugs infestation. Please put out trash daily by the front door for daily pick up
8. Fob key is placed on TV console for guest to access gym and the community pool. Missing or lost fob key will attract a replacement fee of $250.
9. We appreciate you helping us keep our community safe and drug free. This complex also includes permanent residents, and we want to make sure everyone feels safe and comfortable. Thanks for complying!
