(4) 55inch HD/4k smart flat screen TV's provided (one in the living room, one in the kitchen and one in each room) in case privacy is warranted. Sound bar provided in the living room. High speed fiber optic internet provided (Verizon Fios). Pots, pans, glasses, utensils, Air-fryer, Alexa, coffee maker and coffee provided, water steamer for tea/ramen, microwave, water filter for drinking, ice machine, outdoor deck, grill and seating provided. Dining room table can sit 8 people. Adequate seating available (stools can be moved around the house). The living room couch could be used as a bed. experience was great , everything looked exactly how it did in the pictures . Neighborhood was great very peaceful and quiet. Host was very nice and respectful. This is now my second stay at this property and I have nothing but good things to say about the entirety of the my stay. Gregg is always easily accessible, abundantly clear on the check-in and check out parameters, the property is well kept/cozy and clean. Perfect spot, convenient to a lot of good places to shop/eat/drink. We stayed here when we went to sesame place. The place was very clean, furnished and had a lot of great amenities. You can tell the host has great attention to detail! We utilized the back patio and ate dinner outside. The host was very responsive and organized throughout the whole trip. My property is unique because it provides a unique comfortability level because of the unique location. The back deck provides a comforting morning time coffee and breakfast, a beautiful midday brunch, and/or a lively dinner theme of your choice. The view of the water, the unique passing animals and birds provide all the sights and sounds you will need. The front porch also has seating which provides a soothing experience when you want to relax, watch the locals walk by and/or listen to and watch the cars drive by. You can also enjoy the rain in total, while sitting under the extended roof on the front porch. Inside also provides an historical comforting feeling. Each room provides a 55inch smart TV, to please everyoneā€™s entertainment needs. The washer and dryer is in the kitchen, to minimize work. Comfort is the goal. Overall, the property is wonderfully simple. I thank you for your time.
