Two dogs are allowed for a fee of $50 per a dog. Your dog must be:

✔ Over the age of 1 year old
✔ Under 50 pounds
✔ Housebroken and leash trained
✔ Not considered a "heavy shedder"
✔ Not an excessive barker

The yard is not fenced in and dogs must ALWAYS be on a leash when outdoors. All pet waste must be disposed of properly in the trash. Any damage caused by your pet will be charged back to you!

For your safety and security there is an exterior front entrance camera that is activated upon motion and records video and audio.

★ CHILDREN ★
Please be aware we do not list the property as toddler or baby safe. Be sure to watch children carefully at all times, especially near the fireplace and staircase.

★ LAKE & WILDLIFE★
This property backs up to a lake with dock and water access. Any activities in or near the water is at your own risk. Please note you are in the forest! There are wild animals in the area, and we advise not to leave food or trash outside.

★ FIREPLACE ★
The property includes a gas fireplace that uses a catalytic heater. Please note it is suggested to crack a window when using this type of heater.

★ NEIGHBORHOOD ★
This home is in a neighborhood setting. Please respect quiet hours!
