Enjoy the charm of an English village in the historic Hilton Village of Newport News, Virginia. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places the Village features quaint shops and services. This three bedroom, one bath home is just blocks away from a coffee shop, creamery, bakery, dining, bottle shop, hair salons, jeweler, library, one of a kind boutiques + the Hilton Pier and beach on the James River + Saturday morning farmer's market. Close drive to your pick of beaches from Yorktown beach, Fort Monroe, Buckroe Beach and Virginia Beach. The home has two off street parking spaces.
This centrally located house is only 3 miles from both Riverside Regional medical center and CNU and 5.5 miles from Sentara Careplex. It is 3 miles from the Newport News Shipyard. It is a short drive to Langley AFB (10 miles) and Fort Eustis (12 miles) and a 30 minute drive to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens.

The space
HOPKINS HOUSE
This home was recently renovated and thoughtfully decorated. It features hardwood floors and a keyless entry for easy self-check-in.
The light-filled lower level enters into a foyer from a covered front porch and opens to a large living space featuring a 55” smart TV. The separate dining space seats up to six. The modern kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs and has stainless steel appliances, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a walk-in pantry. Retreat to the large fenced yard and 12’x17’ screened-in back porch. Enclosed within the back porch is a separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. There is a large, walk-up attic for the storage needs of longer stays. High-speed FIOS internet included.
There are three bedrooms and one full bath on the upper level. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, and one has a twin bed with a desk space. All are fitted out with blackout curtains, memory foam mattresses, fans, and white noise machines. The central hall has a large closet with extra storage and hanging space.
This well-maintained home is 100 years old and has been fully renovated. A home this old has special quirks and character that we embrace and hope you do too! New HVAC, new water heater and new plumbing!
