It's within WALKING distance to Riverside Regional Medical Center, Christopher Newport University, and the Mariner's Museum (including all their hike and bike trails). It's only a 7 minute drive to the incredible restaurants and shops located in historical Hilton Village, and only 10 minutes from the large shopping/dining area in city center.

The space is a recently added (very large) mother-in-law suite with separate entrance and porch from the main house. Truly, because of the layout, it feels like an attached house (or duplex) due to it's full size open-concept modern layout which is connected to the main house by the laundry room and a breezeway. The only shared space is the laundry room for now, but there is a plan to update the space to includes it's own W/D in unit within the next 90 days to allow complete privacy and separation.

We've tastefully and simply decorated the space and provided black-out curtains in the bedrooms. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom are all stocked with living essentials such as dishes, common kitchen appliances, cleaning products, bath and bed linens, etc. for turn key move in.

Owners live in main house and are promptly available for any maintenance issues that may arise, or to provide guidance and recommendations on the area. We are as involved or as invisible as you'd like, and very respectful of your privacy and space.
