It's the best of all worlds - delightfully removed from the hustle and bustle yet also an easy stroll from Enchantment Park, Waterfront Park, and the many attractions of this charming alpine village.

The condo is part of a quiet neighborhood on the west side of Leavenworth, a town famous for its mountain scenery and classic Bavarian style. Walk to Leavenworth Adventure Park, Enchantment and Waterfront Parks on the banks of the Wenatchee River, and dozens of shops and restaurants in the heart of town. Within a few minutes' drive, you can hike Icicle Ridge (one mile), the Old Pipeline Bed (two miles), and all sorts of other world-class trails.

Begin each morning outside on your second-floor balcony, breathing in the scent of the mature pines that sits within arm's reach. It's a lovely spot for sipping coffee, relaxing in the swing in the afternoons, or savoring a glass of wine at golden hour.

Warmth and sunlight fill the living space, thanks to generous windows, and an open floor plan. You'll have all the room you need to prepare homemade meals in the kitchen, sit down to enjoy them at the dining table, and screen movies on cable and streaming services late into the evenings. The two bedrooms are paired with two full bathrooms, with a washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi also provided for your convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
