You will have access to your entire unit and your private laundry area in the basement, as well as front porch, back patio, front yard and driveway. We don't allow guest access to the attic or garage -- these are just storage areas. We don't really allow guests to access the backyard as this would be the only area shared with the other unit/long term renters. For outdoor areas, feel free to use the front yard, front porch and back patio as they are just for you.
