The outdoor living area features a fully equipped summer kitchen with cable TV and seating for 8, ideal for dining, entertaining, or simply enjoying the ocean breeze.

Designed with boaters and anglers in mind, the property includes a 80’ of available dock space (3-ft control depth) along with a covered fish cleaning station, bait freezer, and ice machine—everything needed for a seamless day on the water.

For recreation and relaxation, guests can enjoy kayaking, paddleboarding, or unwinding by the gas-lit fire pit and hammock. A ping pong table and additional outdoor amenities provide entertainment for guests of all ages.

Inside, the home features a fully equipped kitchen with a wine refrigerator and a wide range of appliances—from Keurig to waffle maker—making it easy to prepare meals for your group. The dining table seats eight, offering a comfortable space to gather and connect.

With ample parking, space for boat and jet ski trailers, and premium amenities throughout, My Paradise is designed to deliver a seamless and elevated Florida Keys experience.

*Elevator does not function and is not for guest use

*80 ft of available dock space with a max control depth of 3 ft. (Boat lift is not for Guest use)

*Pool/Spa heat is available for an additional $200 per week (plus tax), and $28.57 per additional day (plus tax) thereafter. Please note that pool/spa heat temperature is not guaranteed, and no refunds will be issued if the pool does not reach a specific temperature.

*Spa heat is not included without paying for pool heat

* Kayaks are heavy, and dock height may make launching and retrieval difficult for some guests. Please plan accordingly.

*3.9% Cancellation fee applies to ALL cancellations.

* No Pets

*Please note that a signed guest agreement is required prior to check-in. To facilitate this, we will need an email address to send the DocuSign document.

* We provide a complimentary starter pack of paper towel, toilet paper, dish & laundry detergent, dish soap, bar soap, trash bags & dish sponge.

*Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bedroom and bed descriptions thoroughly.

*Seasonal Seaweed Notice: Like much of the Florida Keys, our canal can experience seaweed at certain times of the year. On the ocean side, this usually happens in summer/fall while gulf-side canals see it more in winter/spring. It’s a natural part of the area and may affect the canal during your stay.
