Bella Vista On Lake Winnipesaukee

Welcome to Bella Vista On Lake Winnipesaukee.
This waterfront home boasts an open floor plan on the main level, featuring a formal dining area with a farmer's table. The main level also offers a spacious living room and kitchen. Moreover, there is an additional seating area with a round glass table and a few chairs, providing a breathtaking view of the lake. Slider doors off the main living area lead to a deck, creating the perfect space for outdoor dining and additional seating to fully appreciate the scenic views from the deck.

The main level bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, and there is a convenient half bath on this level. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms, all equipped with queen-size beds. One of the rooms also includes a toddler bed. A full bath is conveniently located on the second floor. There is a large balcony on the second level with seating to enjoy the night sky or the sun! (We ask children and pets do not go on the second floor balcony.)

The lower level offers an additional living space, complete with four twin beds. There is a bathroom on this level, and you can easily access the patio area through the slider doors. There is a large dock to enjoy boating on Lake Winnipesaukee!!

Note: Boats can not be left at dock overnight. Moorings can be used especially if bad weather predicted.

Please note: Up to two pets are welcome with prior owner approval. Be prepared to share a photo of your four-legged friend. If accepted, there is a pet fee and a pet agreement to sign. Linens are not included with this home so you will need to bring your own sheets and towels, or you can rent them from Break Away Rentals.
