Welcome to luxury with a view! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath Home is designed and located for your perfect lake life getaway. Your Waterview at Bay Point home offers you access to the Waterview Community Clubhouse, family pool (in season), workout room and gathering area.

During in-season, May1- September 30, Bay Point Resort, beaches, playground, restaurant, tiki bar, commissary/market are all on-premis at the resort.

Your Home away from Home! The Porch! The Patio! The eat-in Kitchen! The Living Room! ALL with a water and marina view and comfy seating for your pleasure and relaxation!

The attached garage, which leads to the water/marina view stamped patio and grill, provides ample parking at the house or use to safely store additional toys you choose to bring.

Great location on the lake!

The villa was well appointed and extremely clean. Loved the amenities at both the villa and Baypoint.

Super stocked and great location

View of the lake, tiki bar and all the things we needed. Plenty of towels, stocked kitchen and a great location! We loved the addition of the golf cart to get all those supplies down to the beach!

Wonderful Vacation

My husband and I had a great vacation at the lake. Susan’s Villa is beautiful. It is stocked with everything you could think of. We loved the covered patio looking out at the water. Susan very easy to communicate with, and gave us great restaurant recommendations. We would definitely return.

Incredibile waterfront cottage with amazing hosts!

We can’t say enough about how great this stay was! The owners have thought of literally everything you could need while on vacation, and beyond. The location is ideal for visiting local attractions, shops, and restaurants, and being right on the water is so incredibly nice. The beds were comfortable (so important when leaving home!), the cottage was spotless, and beautifully decorated. Sue is very responsive and so gracious. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent here again!

Wonderful Week!

My husband and I could not have enjoyed our week at the lake more! The Villa was absolutely beautiful! Very clean and inviting. So very well stocked with everything we needed. Susan was easy to communicate with. We’re already looking ahead to next year!

GWA 2024

We rented this condo for a girls weekend and had a wonderful time. Despite the weather (cold and rainy) we were able to have a day at Cedar Point and a day at Put-in-Bay. The condo is brand new and Susan has done an amazing job appointing it with everything you would need for a restful and relaxing vacation. Wonderful view and a very short walk to the private beach with restaurant right on the beach. EASY check-in and check-out. Beautiful and well sized kitchen to cook in with all utensils and coffeemaker and coffee. Great place! Thanks Sue for the hospitality!

Comfort, views, and a great host!

We traveled here to view the eclipse. We had a wonderful time. Sue's condo is brand new. She has done a wonderful job with the decor and furnishings. You have a porch with water views and cabana furniture. A great spot to relax and enjoy the breeze, birds, and passing boats. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is a great space for preparing meals with well stocked cabinets. There is a laundry room which is convenient. Detergent is provided. The bathrooms are well supplied with towels. There are beach chairs, toys, and an umbrella.There are many thoughtful touches throughout. Sue was very responsive, accomodating, and helpful. Marblehead is a beautiful place to visit with many things to see and do.

We just love it here and can't say enough about the community and what it has to offer. We've expanded our interest in the area beyond boating to vacation rental properties and a cigar lounge which my husband manages full time. I have been a 5* Premier vacation rental owner host for over 10 years and am currently just renting this one beautiful property.
