The owners of this property were very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to be with. They made our stay very enjoyable. They supported us and gave us good advice about exploring that part of Rhode Island. This is an excellent place to stay and one that will remain on the top of our list of choices when visiting this area again.

Super clean! This host thought of everything! So many special amenities and little touches. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and the host was so helpful with restaurant recommendations for when we didn't want to cook. I would definitely recommend this vrbo listing.

Host Renato was a pleasure to meet and just wonderful giving us many suggestions of restaurants and places to visit. I cannot say enough of how modern, clean and comfortable our stay was from that great shower to ease of cooking a meal if you choose; however, there are many restaurants nearby to visit. We stayed a week and will visit again.

New remodel nicely decorated. Extremely clean. Thoughtful snacks and beverages. I would have preferred a manual explaining all the hi-tech options vs owners waiting for us. Description of property doesn’t mention it is a basement apartment with steep stairs. We are over 60 and my husband has a bad knee

Renato's place was the most unique and wonderful stay we have had to date, everything in his space from the vintage wood beam that curated his husband Daniel's asthetic vision and all the thought out details made our stay feel more than at home but incredibly luxurious and beautiful! The kitchen is a full  kitchen with all you could need to cook a meal, but if cooking isn't your thing no worries there is an abundance of restaurants to eat or order takeout from in the area. The location is wonderful and close to several neighboring towns . But our favorite part of our stay is what would normally make us feel uneasy (To much personal interaction with our host. We have had some negative experiences before) This actually became our favorite part of our stay. From the moment we arrived Renato was waiting for us to go over how all the special details in the space worked, he had tons of recommendations on what to do and try, which we greatly appreciated. This trip was for my birthday and our host made it possible for my husband to surprise me (ordering birthday cake despite the ubber hiccups). We were so thankful on our last night we ended up sharing cake, drinks and conversation where we could have stayed talking for hours. We may have entered as guests but feel like we left with amazing new friends. For all this and more we can not recommend their place enough, and as for us we are looking forward to our next visit to explore more of Warwick and visit with our new friends.

This was a great place to stay for a week in RI. Very clean with great amenities, The kitchen is nicely stocked with anything you could need to cook. Even before arriving, the communication with the host was exceptional. I had to make a change to the reservation duration after booking and Renato was understanding and helpful. In addition to spending time with us to show us how to work the TV and explain the amenities, he checked in with us two or three times over the course of the week to be sure we had what we needed. 2 caveats - It is a basement apartment which is not evident from the photos. It's a short staircase but could be difficult to navigate for some.The apartment has been recently renovated and is nicely done but there are beams and other areas where the ceiling was low for my 6'5'' husband.Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Second time staying at this Vrbo, and once again it was a wonderful experience. The hosts went above and beyond to accommodate our stay and were extremely helpful with recommendations and information about the Rhode Island area. The place is beautiful, clean, and well cared for. We would highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming back again.
