Enter this beautiful suite through a private entrance. Enjoy the incredible view ,from your own private deck. The deck has a gate to keep your four legged friend safe. There is a one-time pet fee of $30 per week with an additional $20 per week. A welcome home-baked treat awaits your arrival! Your suite is equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. the fridge will have water, juice and fruit. Slip into the comfy robes provided to you to relax on the deck watching boats and wildlife or to make your way down to the private hot tub. Enjoy some relaxing time watching the 54" TV. The TV boosts lots of channels including Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. When you are ready for a hot shower, I provide complimentary samples of a homemade soap, body butter and scrub! There are beaches, entertainment and delicious restaurants , just minutes away. I pride myself on making sure you love your stay andI have been a premier host since 2015. I always keep you updated on all the events and goings on in the "Fun size State"!

Awesome

We had a short stay in Warwick Neck at this place. Peaceful, quiet, and way beyond our expectations, based on the descriptive language. Sitting on the deck and looking out over the cove with all the boats on their moorings was just what we needed to totally unwind and relax. The interior is pristine, casual, and very refined - plus there were snacks waiting for us. 5 Stars from us.

Perfectly Beautiful Hideaway

Perfect little gem. The location is so beautiful with a view of the bay and boats. The cozy apartment has all the amenities you will ever need. Our host is always available if any need arises. She provides home-baked goodies and fruit in the fridge. There's a coffee maker in the room with all that you would need in the morning. Plenty of towels provided for the hot tub or beach. There's is a binder that holds so much info about the area so you can plan your day's activities. We loved it and hope to stay there again.

Charming place by the bay

We had a great stay for a week! With much attention to detail our host made us feel welcomed with fresh fruit and homemade cookies. So clean, bright and comfortable, sunsets were a treat. Very quiet and private. Loved it!!!!!

Nice stay!

I enjoyed staying at this location. Clean room and nice deck with marina view. Unit is attached to main house. Host left a baked treat and fresh fruit. A large binder with local restaurant and area info. Large tv, mini fridge, microwave, dishes. Everything was supplied. Great communication

Very Comfortable

Cindy makes it feel like being home by having everything you would need on hand She had freshly made backed goods and fresh fruit waiting when we arrived. And also offered her own line of soaps and essential oil products which we found very helpful. We highly recommend staying here.

Weekend stay in Warwick

We had a great time staying in Warwick! It was the perfect location to attend a local wedding on the weekend. Cindy was a great host and immediately available for anything. Highly recommended!

Charming Location and Welcoming Host

My mother and I visited. She is 82. The stairs were a consideration but she did fine being in pretty good cardiovascular condition for her age. I carried all of the luggage up, of course and you should bring light luggage to carry up. We enjoyed the location w view over to the harbor, and Cindy's kind hospitality with fresh cut fruit and cookies. She left handmade soap and scrubs too. Netflix with your own account was a big plus as well.

Cozy spot

A nice cozy couples spot. Clean and tidy. You will get more for your money then staying at a hotel. Decent view of the harbour. We would consider staying again if we have a reason to visit Warwick or RI again. It is located on a dead end residential area and the owners live on the property. They were very welcoming and not overbearing either.

Smooth sailing…

I stayed while taking a sailing class nearby. U can’t comment on local activities- I left early and returned late. The room was perfectly suited for my stay. Great communication beforehand. Exactly as described. Clean and comfortable. Convenient off-street parking. Thanks especially for the fresh baked cookies and sliced cantaloupe in the fridge!

Very clean and lovely room! Host is very thoughtful (cookies and fresh fruit on arrival). Beautiful view and chairs on deck to appreciate the views. Room had everything and was well equipped/stocked. Was glad to find this gem for a graduation weekend that was centrally located for our various activities.

The suite was up an outdoor staircase which concerned me at first, but the suite was very welcoming and so was the owner. The view from upstairs of the marina and channel was beautiful. I love the water, so it was perfect for me. As far as the owner, I feel we actually became friends while I was there. She was very sweet and helpful!

Great spot

Great, hidden gem. Was perfect for our quick night stay in RI and loved all of the thoughtful touches. When we left a small item behind, the host graciously offered to send it back. Would definitely stay again.
