Regarding the check-in procedure, we understand your concerns and are sorry that your arrival experience left you feeling uncomfortable. However, for security reasons, guests arriving outside reception hours are required to collect their keys from our office using the designated lockbox. We provide detailed instructions through the chat to make the key collection process as straightforward as possible, as you and your husband would have received during your stay.
