Our cozy home is just 1 mile to Goodyear ballpark for spring training with Guardians or the Reds .
Phoenix International Raceway NASCAR is Minutes away along with 7golf courses , shopping, dining and entertainment are only minutes away!

Not a long drive to West Gate shopping mall and entertainment district, Cardinal Stadium, Coyotes Hockey, hiking, golfing, tanger outlets and top golf.

Our private back yard has a gas fire pit . Sit outside at the Outdoor dinning table.Outdoor pool has water feature, and solar blanket during the winter months . It’s only heated by sunshine!
The home has two tv’s , one in master and one in living room with Roku .
We have a stereo you can play your favorite cd or just listen to radio inside or outside with surround sound.

Cook some good food with our outdoor BBQ Grill. Depending on time of year, we have a couple garden beds that may have a little something growing , for you to enjoy.

Stainless kitchen appliances include refrigerator, microwave , flat top stove with convection , air fry and bake oven. We have a dishwasher so it makes cleaning easier . You don’t have to buy water we have reverse osmosis with separate faucet !

If your a cook , there are lots of gadgets and many spices to make things easier.

There are 3 queen beds but we do have a blow up queen mattress you can put in living room if needed.

* We do have cameras on property, one in front, garage side yard, and in backyard. Before check in front camera will be on . During your stay we will turn only side garage camera on.

The house was very comfortable, and the backyard and pool were relaxing! We would definitely stay there again, and hope to do so next year. The communication with the host was excellent, which was really important to me. I highly recommend this property.

Fully equipped kitchen. The reverse osmosis water and water softener were a nice bonus. The icemaker in the fridge was a necessity!

They did well. Our daughter took in several boys from social services,,that’s never easy. But these folks did well.

Thank you Paul, I wish I would have known that you were bringing kids . We love kids! When we came to check on pool we were unpleasantly surprised by the glass rocks from the fire pit and trucks that we had for grandkids or other children we had to fetch out of pool. The pool vacuum wasn’t working correctly . Fortunately my husband is a mechanic and has been able to fix things. Kids can be a little crazy but if undisciplined ( meaning not watched) they can tare things apart. Whether these boys are from social services or not ; they should be taught not to destroy things. You guys should have fetched the things out of pool before leaving for that day. As it was my husband had to jump in without his suit to fetch the glass out. We would have given you a better report but because of thins and because it took us 7 hrs to wash every which is not normal. Unreported people and 7 is over limit. Best regards to you.

Great location

My husband and I stayed here when in town for the NASCAR race and MLB Spring Training. The house was perfect for us. We had plenty of room to cook, relax and hangout. The outdoor patio was perfect to enjoy a drink, .

Spring Training

Clean and comfortable with a nice, private backyard. It was a short, easy walk to Goodyear Ballpark to see Spring Training baseball. Would recommend and would stay there again.

Just what we needed

This was our fourth trip to Goodyear for spring training, so we knew what we were looking for. We needed a place with a nice, private outdoor area in close proximity to the ballpark, and this house provided just that. Great stay, easy to communicate with the homeowner.

Walk to the ballpark

This place was nice for what we needed. We were able to walk to all the home games at goodyear ballpark and was within close driving distance to restaurants. Property management was easy to get in touch with for questions.

I’m very sorry that you feel that way but Unfortunately, when you changed your dates the day after the the 30 day cancel protection from 10 to 4 days and my minimum was 5 ; vrbo would not refund the fees for you or me . I tried everything within my power to to help the situation but they have strict policies. You did get a refund as much as they would allow. As it was you were unable to make the trip and only your husband came. Which he left the house as nice as when he got here. I hope he enjoyed reds coffee mug, coozi, coffee and snacks :)

Our home is a sweet cozy home with a very inviting tropical backyard with pool and water feature. We love the outdoors so we have a area with fire pit and a small lemon tree that gives a little shade during the day. If you enjoy the sun and get a little burnt , we got some aloe Vera to help ease the burn. We have a couple Gardenias plants and when they are blooming the breeze gives a beautiful sent. We have a couple garden beds too. The front yard a seating area to enjoy as well.
