While some may want to stick around the house and have a snow day at the property, perhaps others will want to venture out to the local ski spots like Northstar (12 miles away) and Palisades Tahoe/Alpine Meadows (10 miles away). On a summer day, you will be only a few minutes from beautiful lake beaches. You may choose to head into Tahoe City for many breakfast and dining options or to enjoy walking the local shops..

Parking:
Parking is available for 4 cars total. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults.
* The use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in the winter months.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Like most Tahoe homes, this one does not have air conditioning. Fans will be available for your stay.
* Renters do not have access to the Dollar Point HOA, please contact our office for nearby recommended beach access.
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.
