This is a 3 BR/ 1.5 BA newly renovated townhome.

Includes fast WI-FI (500 mbps) , fully equipped kitchen, 60 inch Smart Roku tv in living room as well as smart tvs provided in each room, fenced in backyard with picnic table and grill (charcoal not included), washer/ dryer free of charge and much more. Each room is set up to make you feel at home which includes blackout curtains.

Full bathroom is a split layout separating the sink area and toilet/shower allowing for multiple person use while getting ready. There is also a half bath located downstairs.

There is a fee of $20 per additional guest after 6. A total of 8 guests are allowed only. The luxury queen sized air mattress is provided for the two extra guests. Please note that adding additional guests to the home limits your spacing in the home.

Early Check-In is dependent on the home availability. Late check out is usually not available in order to give our cleaners time to prepare for the next guest. Please request a late check out the night before if needed, approval is not guaranteed.

There is a pet fee of $50. Second pet is $25. Make sure to include the number of pets in your reservation (2 dogs total unless approved). If pet(s) are not registered, a violation fee of $200 will be charged. We love hosting your pups, but it can create a lot of wear and tear on the home. We ask that you please keep your dogs off both couches. We do provide a large dog bed for the comfort of your pup if needed. Please pick up and properly dispose of any feces from your pets left in the backyard out of courtesy of the next guest. Please bring a kennel if your pup is not house trained and or not well behaved if left alone at the home.

Absolutely NO smoking of ANY kind in the home. There is a private, fully fenced backyard with seating to do so. Violation fee is $500, no exceptions.

NO parties are allowed on this property. Your stay will be terminated without a refund. No Exceptions.

In order to access the home, a picture of your driver's license as verification will need to be verified by the host through the message board prior to check-in and receiving smart lock code. You will not receive check-in instructions if refused.
