***Main Level***

• Living room: Open concept living space with tons of natural light form the 2 story floor to ceiling windows allowing a stunning mountain view! With Gas fireplace, mounted Smart TV and plenty of seating for the entire family.

• Kitchen: Spacious Modern Kitchen fully stocked with all the essentials needed to cook a delicious meal for the family with all major appliances and additional counterspace with extended bar & seating.

• Bedroom 1: Comfy King size bed with mounted smart TV rustic décor and barn door closet

• Bathroom 1: Full bathroom with double vanity and luxury shower w/ washer and dryer

***Upper Level***

• Bedroom 2: King size bed with large windows for natural light and ensuite bathroom and mounted Smart TV

• Bathroom 2: Attached full bathroom with double vanity and expansive standing shower w/ natural light window

• Upper level deck: Covered patio with plenty of seating and ceiling fan with long range mountain views

• Hall Desk available in case work just cant wait & high speed internet!

***Lower Level***

• Living space: Comfy couches w/ sleeper sofa and second gas fireplace and mounted smart TV with a pool table and wet bar and mini fridge!

• Bedroom 3: King size bed with rustic décor and smart TV and closet for clothing storage

***Outdoors***

• Main Level Deck: Covered deck portion with Wood burning fireplace, hot tub, plenty of outdoor seating! The rest of the main level deck is a wrap around with stunning mountain views and premium Adirondack chairs, propane grill and picnic table

• Lower level Deck: Bed swing with plenty of space, great place to enjoy an evening under the stars!

• Backyard: illuminated path to custom firepit and stone landing service with plenty of flat areas for dogs or children to run around and enjoy the mountain air!

• Furry friends are welcome! We love dogs and are happily DOG FRIENDLY. We just ask no more than 2 dogs w/out approval. Please no cats due to allergies.

• The entire exterior of the property is treated with scheduled pest management. With that being said, the property is in the mountains, so an occasional bug sighting comes with the territory.
