With two master bedrooms with king bed overviewing the ocean and jungle and 1 more private room overlooking the lush garden, this 350m2 luxury home is ideal for group of friends a family vacation. Each bedroom is complete with mosquito nets, overhead fans and AC. Each master-bedroom has a spacious green ensuite bathroom.
The expansive and high ceiling dining room with open kitchen and sunken living room have been carefully designed to capture the cool ocean breeze and spectacular vistas. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen while chatting and sipping a cocktail with friends sitting at the counter or indulge in one of the home chef experiences offered by our concierge service.
Life is easy and wonderful here at Casa Layla. If you get tired of relaxation and ready for action, hop on your ATV or 4x4 and in a 8 minutes drive you will be in Santa Tersa either to rock the best wave in center America or hang in the best bars and restaurant
The entire house will be accessible by guests. Only the laundry room will be reserved to the cleaning staff that will have exclusive access to it. Included in the stay there are 2 cleaning services for a 7 day stay. Additional cleaning can be easily scheduled depending on your needs. The garden and pool will be cleaned daily by our in-house staff.
The architectural details that make Casa Layla an unforgettable escape also do not make it suitable for small children. The stairs to the sunk-in living room, open stairs to the master bedroom, open deck and pool with no perimeter alarm totally in line with law and regulations could be tricky for a toddler.

Casa Layla has been design in harmony with nature. The septic and irrigation system have been put in place to minimize jungle pollution and to minimize water consumption. The electricity lines are all underground and “monkey-safe”. Our philosophy is to enjoy the spectacular paradise trying our best to protect it, we hope our guest will do their part in joining our mission by reducing water consumption.
PARTIES NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE
Guests will be welcomed in our property from 3pm to 8pm in case of late check in can be arranged with the host.
