One of the closest possible communities to Walt Disney World (less than 3 miles away), Emerald Island is a quiet oasis in which to spend your vacation. Emerald Island is an exclusive gated community less than a mile from the world famous US Highway 192 where you will find shops, restaurants, and entertainment.
Our terraced town home is close to Clubhouse (one block). It is back to conservation and features 3 bedrooms and 2 and half bathrooms with two decks. Master suit bedroom has 1 Queen size bed and en-suit bathroom. Guest bedroom has 1 Queen size bed. Twin bedroom has 2 Single beds. A sofa bed is there in case you have more people. It can sleep up to 8 people comfortably. All bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms are on the 2nd floor.
On the ground floor, a full Kitchen, dinning, and living, laundry room with a full sized washer, dryer, and a (half) bathroom.
Internet and Cable TV service are provided.
Towels and Linens are provided.
The management company can assist with providing service during your stay.
Children are more than welcome in this beautiful home.
This home has a strict non-smoking policy.
This house is pet-friendly (Pets fee applicable).
Every vehicle must buy an Emerald Island Access Card ($20) from the HOA.

Great location!

We always like staying in the Emerald Isles and the host was very accommodating. A great spot for my family and will definitely stay again!

Cindi was clean and comfortable. Had an issue with the shower and maintenance came right out and fixed it. Overall a good vacation spot. Closer to all major attractions and entertainment

Clean and Close to the Club House

Our stay at Emerald Island Resort was fantastic! The townhouse has all the basic amenities needed and pretty clean. We were impressed by the remarkable internet speed and the presence of the 60-inch large TV with smart features in the living room. The beddings were clean and fresh. Additionally, the kitchen appliances were nice and the guest service response was quick, making our stay a pleasant one. Would definitely recommend this place!

Decent

Great location! Gated community was quiet, safe and had good amenities great walking areas for people with or without dogs. Villa itself was decent; good size and nice to have a half bath on the main floor. The rental was surface level clean but hadn't been dusted in a very long time and smeared bugs or splashes were not cleaned from walls. Again, the villa was overall comfortable, just not well cared for (i.e. ripped window screens, stained carpets, lights not working).

Great stay on a budget

Pros: Excellent price Location for parks is perfect (20-45 minute drive depending on traffic). The resort is loveley with great staff and facilities. The apartment is spacious, and had all the amenities that we required. Checking in was very easy, and the owners sent the information in a timely fashion. Parking available outside the home and all over the resort. Beds were comfy! Free wifi and A/C. Lots of information on the fridge etc. About house rules/wifi passwords etc. Cons (nothing that would stop us staying in the future, but these might be more important for some people, or helpful for owners to know): Fans are only in the living room and master bedroom, so it can be difficult to sleep in the heat of the other rooms. We had to contact the property manager (not the owner) regarding a slight issue and received no response. The cleanliness could be improved. There were lots of hairs, dust and crumbs etc. Pillows were super flat, but you can pick up a decent one at Target for about $4. Overall opinion: We had a great time, and really enjoyed staying here. The cons listed above were not a big enough issue to make us regret anything about choosing this place. We would recommend staying here and we certainly would come back and stay here again! 3 weeks of disappointment

Very disappointed with this stay. Front desk told us new owners took it over and we were first to rent. Car gate pass stopped working 3 days in - something about owner contact info on property. House was not clean, dryer broken (replaced while there), TVs outdated and not working (no smart tv), every bed comforter hadn't been cleaned/filthy, dead bugs on floors and in windows, had to hand wash all dishware, and no decent cookware. Owner was not very helpful in addressing concerns. They did have cable guy out to try to fix tvs/cable and speed up internet, but didn't address the dirtiness. Said they would have a maid come clean but it never happened. All communication was through property management company and owners would only respond through email correspondence.

New dryer and other items have been purchased during the first week. Cleaners are willing to help but guest turned them down. All the issues have been rectified by now.

Já me hospedo em Emerald Island há mais de 10 anos, geralmente fico numa casa da phase 2 que é fora do condomínio, gosto muito e nunca tive problemas. Quando não consigo ficar lá, tento outra em Emerald. As casas são parecidas, algumas melhor cuidadas ou com mimos para os guests. Essa tem o basico, 1 rolo de toalha de papel, rolos de papel higiênico e sabonetinhos. Alguns pontos
