GREAT HOME!
This sweet little home was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!
Pros: Communication with blueground is excellent! nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors and friendly dogs. Quiet. Close to Stanford hospital. Spacious 4 bedrooms. Nice, clean kitchen. Nice living room. 2.5 bathrooms with good water pressure and are very clean. Comfy beds! Most of the house smells neutral. Beautiful front yard. Spacious driveway, enough for 3 or 4 cars. Nice lighting from all the windows. Beautiful wood floor in main area.
Cons: no bathtub. Very dirty, old carpet in all bedrooms, in very poor condition. Rug in living room is VERY dirty--probably has never been washed. Back right bedroom has pet urine smell in carpets. No air conditioning. All seating options are uncomfortable. Couch support in middle is broken. 1st bedroom has broken frame. Washer and dryer are VERY loud and beep a lot, but they get the job done. Doors don't lock well. We had to place dowels for extra security. Backyard, although relatively spacious and well kept, isn't fenced off. Quite a few wear and tear marks throughout the home--nothing huge, but definitely noticeable. The stove's gas burner is weak--low gas flow. Only one burner is truly workable. Fridge leaks a little--couldn't figure out why. Fridge door is incredibly irritating, but it works just fine. The vacuum provided is a joke, so bring your own. Fireplace isn't usable, but there's a house heater, so that's ok.
