Perfect Location

This condo worked great for our beach loving family of 5. The walk from our room to the beach is so easy and short. The pool size was great and having it shaded was so nice on those very hot days. My family would love to stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Grandview. This condo was family friendly and the ocean view was amazing. Even though we were on the ninth floor it was a very short walk to the beach. We had a wonderful week!

The renal was exactly as described. Very easy process of getting checked in. Plenty of room for our entire group. Loved the balcony view and the ease of the beach access being right there. Definitely recommend.

The beach was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay! Labor Day is an amazing time to visit Panama City Beach. The only issue we had was the two elevators took a long time for the amount of residents in the building.

Great stay!

The condo was perfect! Everything we needed to make family trip amazing. The check in process was smooth, management was quick to respond to any questions and the view was beautiful. If you are bringing more than 2 cars though be prepared to pay an extra $12 a day to park in public parking.

Beautiful views, close to everything

The condo is very nice and spacious. It is south of Pier Park but an easy drive to everything. The property mgr was the best we’ve had in our 5 yrs of coming to PCB. The beach did get a little crowded but we rented cabanas and had plenty of room. Would definitely stay here again

The master ceiling fan makes all kinds of noises you have to slam the front door to shut and we had water leaking from a wall and after we finally got ahold of someone to tell it was 20 messages back and forth 2 hours later someone finally showed up to take pictures of it. Not impressed

Family Vacation

Perfect location, beautiful view! There was plenty of room for all six of us. The kids (17, 19, 21, and 23) found lots to do in walking distance and everyone had a blast. We usually stay in Destin but found this to be a more affordable area so we gave it a try and we loved it! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Thanks for a beautiful family vacation.

Family Vacation

Our family of 8 came and enjoyed our visit in 903! There was a minor issue but Whitney went above and beyond to take care of us!!! You can’t beat the views or the short walk to get your toes in the sand

Beautiful Space

The condo was light and open. The beds were very comfortable, and the master bath was nice. We had a question upon checking in and were andwered promptly by Kelli. The service was courteous amd invited amy further inquiries. We would definitely stay again.

Highly recommended.

The room was beautiful and had an amazing view. There were 8 of us in the room and still had plenty of space. The downside was the parking. Unless you have a handicapped tag or you are an owner you have to park across the street. The pool is also small and only 5 feet deep so the kids were sort of disappointed. Other than that we had a great stay and would definitely stay again.
