Thank you for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback. I’d also like to clarify a few of the points mentioned in your review. The marks on the walls and baseboards are mainly from luggage and normal wear from guests coming in and out. We do our best to clean and wipe them down regularly to keep the house looking fresh. The dark spots on the outside of the skylight glass were specifically addressed when we had the roof professionally cleaned. Unfortunately, the marks could not be completely removed, but they are not mold. We regularly check the bathroom light bulbs, and after reading your review, we checked them again and confirmed that they are all working properly. The chandelier in the main hall is intentionally turned off, while the other hallway lights are working and provide sufficient lighting for the stairs. For the bedding and towels, we clean them thoroughly between guests, including with bleach. Over time, this can sometimes affect the appearance of the fabric. We also replace bedding and towels periodically as needed. The upstairs carpet is not brand new, but we thoroughly vacuum and clean it before every guest arrives. The back patio glass door can be locked normally. The house is also located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. If you would like to lock the exterior security gate as well, we can provide a key upon request. I’m sorry to hear that you decided to leave one night early due to the dust/allergy concern. I do wish you had contacted me during your stay, as I would have been happy to see what I could do to help with the bedding, towels, or any other concerns.
