I wish you had mentioned ANY of this during your stay so we would have had a chance to remedy anything before leaving this review but we will continue to give 100% for our guests. We have a SUPERHOST rating with 40+ 5-STAR REVIEWS and nothing below that on our other platform. We hope to perform in the same way on VRBO going forward. Allow me to address everything you mentioned... I am sorry you came at the end of winter when leaves from our trees constantly fall. We do sweep them before and after all reservations, but at that time of year it only takes a couple hours for the leaves to be on the ground outside in the backyard. Perhaps we should have told you that there are trees around our property... The hot tub is also cleaned and new sanitary chemicals added every stay. If it does get moldy as you said, we drain it and start again. I apologize for not having sugar packets ready at hand. That will be fixed but the creamer is fresh and I've had no other complaints about that but I did check a few just to make sure and didn't find any curdling... When I asked if you had checked the listing to see the wifi. it was to make sure it was coming up on your end.. 7 Hours later you replied "I didnt. We've been so busy having fun we havent really thought much more about it!" There was no communication after that. The shower head is adjustable. It gets as low as you say so kids can use it and above 7 feet. Im sorry you didn't figure out how to slide it. I find it shocking that your daughter encountered a family of rats in the backyard. After living there and having dozens of other reservations, we've never encountered that or heard another instance of that... The backyard amenities are shared and we now have messaging that makes certain this is not a surprise but it is written on the listing as well. I'm sorry you did not read that when booking.. While I find it hard to believe there was a poop smear given that our cleaners are thorough and send me photo updates every cleaning, we will make triple certain that doesn't happen.... Roaches are quite common in Florida but we also spray and have critter poison tucked in the dark corners of the home just in case....
