Wright, as you stroll the tree lined sidewalks & pass neighbors walking with kids & dogs.

7. Bath has large vanity & mirrored wall --tub with shower and a separate walk-in shower. Two people can shower at once Stocked linen closet in hallway.

Lower level of our raised ranch includes:
1. A large , very cozy family, TV, media room
2. Finished Exercise area with Bow flex machine & Elliptical & TV to watch while exercising.
3. large , open finished area for kids to play --has electronic dart game & air hockey game.
4. Separate laundry room--washer/dryer, sink, ironing supplies.

Drapes in living & dining room--rest of home has blinds at all windows. Ceiling fans in 3 rooms--master, & 2nd bedroom & kitchen. Landline phone provided
There is a nice outdoor brick fireplace in the backyard adjoining a patio.

Guest access
Guests have access to our entire home as listed on this description except for a few locked storage closets in the lower level & the garage is not included. There is adequate parking on our driveway which is a double wide in the back--4 cars easily.

Other things to note
Riverside is a charming "Hallmark" Village located in the suburbs of Chicago. A charming community of families, children & pets. There are many small parks & play areas all through this Village.

ATTRACTIONS:
1. McCormick Convention Center (only 13 miles away)
2. Museums--Museums of Science & Industry, Natural History.
3. Shedd Aquarium
4. Art Institute
5. Numerous tours by boat, bikes, train, walking, segway

Riverside has the most charming tiny downtown area with the train station, library that overlooks the Des Plaines River, great restaurants, Aunt Diane's Candy (a must) & probably the smallest grocery store you've seen (yet it seems to have everything) You park once & yet walk to all these OR walk from home for a 15 minute walk.

Very easy access to All the Chicago attractions. You can literally walk to the train station & ride the RTA to downtown as many commuters do every day--OR walk 5-10 minutes to the bus stop. Driving to downtown is approx. 20 minutes. So much to see & do is available & yet live in a peaceful, friendly neighborhood Village !
