After a full day out, come home to a private pool, bubbling spa, and peaceful lake views that makes the pool deck one of the best hangout spots in the house.

The spacious screened pool area is a major highlight of this home. Swim, soak, enjoy the lake view, and let the vacation slow down a little.

Pool and spa heat is recommended from October through May.

Heating should be requested before arrival so it can be scheduled properly.

🚗 EMERALD ISLAND VEHICLE ACCESS & PARKING

Emerald Island Resort requires each vehicle to have a resort access/parking pass. This fee is paid directly to the resort and is separate from your Storybook Vacation Homes reservation total.

Current resort access/parking pass fee: $20 + tax per vehicle, per stay
At least 1 vehicle pass is required per reservation
Maximum vehicle limits may apply
All vehicles must be registered with the resort
Parking rules are enforced by Emerald Island Resort

Please park in the driveway whenever possible and do not block sidewalks, grass, neighboring driveways, or restricted areas. RVs, trailers, campers, buses, and commercial vehicles may be restricted by the resort.

🗑 TRASH PROCEDURE

Please keep all trash bagged and placed in the outside bins for pickup. Do not leave loose trash, food, or open bags outside, as this can attract wildlife. Overflow trash may need to be taken to the community’s designated compactor area when applicable.

🍔 BBQ RENTAL NOTE

BBQ grill rental may be available by request through a local vendor. Please request this before arrival so availability, delivery, pickup, and pricing can be confirmed.

📌 EMERALD ISLAND COMMUNITY RULES

Emerald Island Resort is a gated residential vacation community. Guests must follow all posted resort and HOA rules during their stay.

Important reminders:

Quiet hours are enforced by the community.
Guests must register vehicles and follow gate access procedures.
Parking should be in the driveway whenever possible.
No parking on grass, sidewalks, or restricted areas.
RVs, trailers, campers, buses, and commercial vehicles may be restricted.
Resort amenities must be used according to posted rules and hours.
Guests should not feed or approach wildlife.
All guests and visitors are expected to respect neighboring homes.

🔑 GUEST ACCESS

Guests have access to the full private home, private pool area, spa, game room, kitchen, laundry, bedrooms, bathrooms, and approved Emerald Island Resort amenities.

HOUSE RULES

We want you to relax, have fun, and enjoy your stay! To help keep the home beautiful and comfortable for every guest, please review the house rules below.

Please place all trash inside trash bags before placing it in the outdoor carts by the garage. Loose trash in the carts may result in a $50 additional charge, as the trash service charges us for this.

Please keep all doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is running. Florida weather is warm, and open doors or windows can affect the home’s cooling system.

Accidents happen. Please let us know right away if anything is damaged during your stay so we can address it quickly and keep the home in excellent condition for future guests.

To help maintain the home’s cleanliness, please keep shoes, food, and drinks out of the bedrooms and loft areas.

No pets are permitted. While we love animals, this home must remain pet-free for guests who may have allergies.

No parties, events, or gatherings larger than the confirmed reservation total are allowed. Please be mindful of noise levels and respectful of neighboring homes.

Please do not use tape, adhesives, sticky hooks, or anything similar on walls, furniture, stair railings, doors, or décor.

Remote controls should be left in the rooms where they belong.

Before departure, please remove all leftover food from the refrigerator and take any personal belongings with you.
