Great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this location multiple times and could not be more pleased with the location. Once you are there, you can ditch the car and walk old Kapaa town to get to eateries and ABC Stores. The beach and bikepath is immediately fronting the property. The best is the privacy as the nearest neighbors are a couple of lots away. We had a lively group and didn't need to feel restricted in our noise level into the evening. Wonderful memories created here.

The property was great! As listed: beachside, walking path access, restaurants closely, boutique and souvenir shopping, grocery close-by, laundry facilities, and beach supplies. We could see whales and spinner dolphins from the deck!

This large spacious home was perfect for our large family! And the view!!! And proximity to shopping and food was an added bonus!! Plenty of cookware, towels, nice laundry area! We hated to leave!

The perfect east side property

Clean, quiet easy beach access. We had the most amazing vacation. The view from the 3 covered decks was incredible. We absolutely love this house.

Great Beach Location

This property has a great location right on the beach. Restaurants, Food Trucks and shops were easy to walk to. The property managers were very accommodating and helpful. There were great recommendations for nearby hikes and experiences.

Property location was great - directly on the beach and management company/communication was excellent. Only downside to the location is that there is an empty lot next to the house that is frequented by vagrants - but they did not impact us during our stay. Also was undesirable that someone came to cut the grass at 7 am during our stay.

Piece of heaven

This property is fantastic and in the best location. You can walk to so many shops and dining. There is a beach right in front of the house and path that goes for miles. This is our second stay here and it is by far our favourite in Kauai.

Oceanfront

Comfortable and spacious home located on ocean and one block from downtown Kapa’a. Wonderful views of sunrise on lanai. Well furnished and equipped. Perfect for our family of eight.

Kauai beach side

This was a great place to stay. Close to coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants as well as a bike rental shop. The ocean is just steps from the door. Great swimming in the waves. We watched whales breaching in the off shore every morning. Centrally located so easy access to north and south shores. We had a great time!

Walking distance to everything

Very close to multiple restaurants, bike rental, and the beachfront walking path. Excellent view of the ocean. Not the best beach for kids, but there are great ones a short drive away. Loved it!

Great place to stay

Had a great time at Kapaa by the Sea. The location was beautiful, gorgeous views of the ocean. The location cannot be beat - right on the ocean, within 1-2 blocks of coffee shops, restaurants, and stores. The home was clean and well-stocked, with air conditioning in the upper level. Our group of 6 stayed very comfortably. We felt right at home. Would absolutely stay again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful stay

This is our second time staying here. House has had some updates such as new flooring which I liked much better than the carpet. Right on the bike/walking path as well as walking distance to stores and restaurants in Kapaa. I will always plan my travel to Kaui based on the availability of this property.

Beautiful home with fantastic views

This was the first time the family has gotten together since COVID. The location was perfect, close to food and activities. We’ll definitely be returning back to this home. Loved it!!!
