The Space:
Living Room:
The living room offers a spacious and inviting atmosphere that promises to create lasting memories with family and friends. It features ample space, luxurious furnishings, comfortable sofas, and a flat-screen TV, providing the perfect setting for relaxation. Natural sunlight floods the room through large glass doors, enhancing the viewing experience and offering stunning sunrise and sunset moments. The living room provides a clear view of the outdoor dining area through the glass doors.

Kitchen and Dining Room:
Adjacent to the living area is the dining space, seamlessly leading into the kitchen, creating a harmonious open-plan layout. Imagine children watching TV while someone prepares a meal in the well-equipped kitchen. Alternatively, picture the entire family gathering in the dining area, preparing to savor their home-cooked dishes. This open space promotes interaction, ensuring that everyone is part of the action. The dining area comfortably seats ten people, and the fully-equipped kitchen features essential cooking utensils, a dining island with four chairs, and modern appliances, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, and more. There's an incredible outdoor Kitchen fully equppied with an extra full size refridgerator! As well as an additional dining area by the outdoor swimming pool that accommodates eight people, and adjacent to it are more tables and chairs with cushions and soft pillows, perfect for evening relaxation.

On the first floor in enter into an beautiful entryway. To the right you will find our incredible Theatre room fully equipped for all your entertainment needs. To the left is the totally theamed out game room which includes a full size skeet ball game, a motorcycle race game for two which you physically ride one a pin ball machine, and gaming chairs.

Also on the first floor there is a full master suite including aking size bed! All king size beds other than the kinds rooms.

Leading to the second floor you an incredible space for gatehring with friendsd and family. A full size billard table and bar area including a perfect table to cards and games with the family.

The highlight is a remarkable 5,000 sq.ft. clubhouse, complete with a massive resort-style pool featuring cabanas, a water slide, and a lazy river - perfect for endless family fun. The clubhouse also boasts a tiki bar serving your favorite beverages and a delectable menu for poolside dining. For fitness enthusiasts, there's a well-equipped gym with the latest cardio and strength training equipment. You can engage in friendly competition on the sand volleyball courts and multi-purpose sports courts. Additionally, there's a sundry shop within the clubhouse, along with a video arcade. Windsor at Westside is a gated community with on-site security to ensure the safety of all guests.

After 26 guests, each additional guest is charged $25/per person/night
Parking:
We agree for early check-in and late check-out (subject to room availability). There will be a $50/hour fee for early check-in or late check-out. Please let us know when you intend.

The propane and gas tank will be self-catering.

Pool & Spa Heat: can be added for $45/day - please advise when booking.
