🛁 Two Full Bathrooms: Clean, modern, and stocked with all the essentials



Damage waiver fee: 36$. included in the reservation for accidental property damage (please read the house rules for more information).



Guest Access:

As our guest, you have full access to the entire private apartment and the building's excellent amenities.



🏊‍♂️ Pool Access: Enjoy access to our relaxing outdoor pool! Please note that the community requires wristbands for entry. We provide a set of 2 wristbands for $30 USD (please note that 2 is the maximum limit allowed per stay).



⚠️ Important: If a wristband is lost, the charges a $50 USD replacement fee.



🏋️ Fitness Center – Stay active in the building's fully equipped gym.

🎱 Game Room & BBQ Area – A fun space with a pool table and an outdoor grilling area, perfect for gatherings.

🚗 Parking – On-site parking is available for one vehicle at USD 20 per night. This service is non-refundable and only one space we can offer per reservation. If you require additional parking, please look for options nearby.

For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in.

Please complete this process before your arrival.



(If the screening is not approved or you choose not to complete it, unfortunately, your reservation will be canceled in accordance with building policy.)



🏊 Pool is not available for this season, we'd appreciate your compression.



The HVAC system is centrally managed by the building and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles: Heating: October 13 – May 1, Air Conditioning: May 15 – October 1.

During transitional periods, HVAC usage is at the discretion of the building management based on outdoor temperatures.

- Display the parking permit on your dashboard or rearview mirror.

- Do not park in handicapped spots unless you have a valid permit.



(Vehicles parked improperly or in unauthorized spaces are subject to towing at the guest’s expense)
