The Space
This bright, open-concept home was designed with families and groups in mind. Every detail — from the bunk bed kids' room to the fully loaded arcade game room — makes this a vacation guests remember and rebook.

Outdoor Oasis
Your private, fully fenced backyard is the heart of the home. The covered porch has lounge furniture and a 50" Roku TV. Cook out on the propane grill, dine al fresco at the outdoor table, and end the evening gathered around the gas fire pit. Cornhole, a mini basketball hoop, and a dart board round out the outdoor fun.

Game Room
A dedicated arcade room loaded with classics — Pac-Man, Centipede, Skee-Ball, and foosball. Rare for a rental and a massive hit with kids and adults alike.

Living Area
Comfortable sectional sofa, 55" Roku TV, dedicated workspace, and high-speed Wi-Fi — great for families who need a work-from-vacation setup or a movie night wind-down.

Centrally located between Stuart and Jensen Beach, one block off US-1. Downtown Stuart is 2.5 miles away, Jensen Beach is 5 miles, and Stuart Beach is 7.5 miles (about 16 minutes). Palm Beach International Airport is 43 miles away

We respect our guests' privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in process. While we will not be present during your stay, we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or needs that may arise. Please feel free to reach out to us through the app or by phone.

We will provide an initial supply of toiletries, laundry detergent pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper per bathroom to get you started on your Florida getaway. These supplies will typically cover up to 5 days, depending on the frequency of use. Any additional toiletries will need to be purchased at the guest's expense.

We also supply full sets of bath towels for each bed. Extra beach towels are also available.

Additional Information
Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to finalize your booking. A link to complete this will be sent via an automated message after you reserve. Please note that access codes and directions will not be provided until the signed agreement is received.

Starter Supplies: We provide an initial supply of toiletries, laundry pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper to get you started. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies.

Discounts: We offer various discounts for longer stays, last-minute bookings, and early-bird reservations. These are automatically calculated and built into your quoted price. Please note that only one of these discount types can be applied per booking.

Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours after booking, provided the cancellation is made at least 14 days before check-in. After that, you can cancel up to 7 days before check-in for a 50% refund of the nightly rate and cleaning fee. The Airbnb service fee is non-refundable after the free cancellation period. No refunds are provided for non-refundable bookings.
