Boat fee and trailer docking fee: $200 per stay (fixed bridge Kreuger Creek Bridge, please check boat clearance).
No cats allowed, only dogs under 50lbs.
Pet fee of $150 for one and $225 for two at most allowed.
No smoking inside of the home ($250 penalty fee for clean-up).
No overnight guests allowed without host permission.
No swimming in the canal.
No loud music after between 11pm and 8am (quiet times)
