Our home is conveniently located in the coveted 'Golden Triangle' neighborhood of Chico, with ample shaded street parking. Freeway access, shopping, Bidwell park, and CSU Chico are all within a five minute drive (or less!) and the tree-lined streets of the neighborhood are ideal for an afternoon stroll. This studio serves as the perfect home-base while you explore all that Chico has to offer.

The studio is your own private space. Ample street parking and keyless entry make things simple and convenient.

Please note this is a guesthouse. While there are no shared spaces, the other home is occupied. There is a coffee bar, full bath, and Queen size bed. There is no kitchen.
