Located just steps to sandy Saratoga Beach, you will enjoy hours of fun, whether playing in the sand, paddle boarding, going for walks or just relaxing. If skiing or mountain biking is what you are after, Mt Washington Alpine resort is just 35 mins away. Saratoga, in the beautiful Comox Valley, also offers amazing hiking, fishing, golfing, wine, distillery tours, and so much more. With Parking for two cars featuring an EV charger, the Townhouse #24 - Seas the Day at Saratoga, can host up to 6 guests, making it the perfect spot for a family trip, a romantic getaway or a couples' weekend.  

The Space

The living room is a cozy retreat, featuring a 55-inch Samsung Smart TV with cable package and streaming apps. 
High-speed internet keeps you connected  ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay or unplug and relax in front of the gas fireplace while reading one of the many books or playing board games provided in the unit. 

In the kitchen you will find it is fully equipped for making everything from your morning coffee and smoothie, to a full dinner cooked on the gas stove. A full size fridge/freezer with ice maker will keep all your food and drinks cold.  

Step outside onto the balcony and unwind around the gas fire pit, or BBQ on the Broil King gas grill while enjoying views of Saratoga Beach and the mountains beyond. 

At the end of a long day, a King size bed awaits in the master bedroom that also features a TV and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.  The second bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with bath tub. Another queen pull out bed can be found in the living room.

Good to know:
- The Beach House is built on stilts. All units are accessible only via outdoor staircases. Our townhouse units have an additional 2nd flight of interior stairs going up to the 2nd level. Please note that our units are not accessible for those with any difficulty on stairs.

-No Pets Permitted (only certified guide dogs) 

- Enhancements in Progress: Please note that we are currently working on some landscaping work. We're taking every step to minimize disruption, ensuring your comfort and enjoyment remain unaffected. Should you have any queries or need assistance, our team is here to help.

Guests have access to the entire unit and unlimited beach access!

We are on site and just a call or text away!

Saratoga Beach is located in Black Creek, BC, a coastal town known for it's amazing beaches which include Saratoga and Miracle Beach Provincial Park. Down the street is Pacific Playground Marina which offers fishing charters and other sightseeing tours.

There is local transit, but it does not run often, and a vehicle is highly recommended

Cancellation Policy (July & August Bookings):
Please note that for stays during July and August, our cancellation policy is as follows:

- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made between 30 and 14 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
