Villa style condo with great amenities in the popular Club Ocean Villas community. This condo offers two bedrooms, two full-bathrooms, an open living area and good outdoor space. The living area features the living room with a sleep-sofa, fully-equipped kitchen and a dining area. There is a balcony off of the living area that leads down to a fenced in private patio area. These are great places to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach. The first bedroom features a king-sized bed, television and an ensuite full-bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-sized and a television. The second full-bathroom is centrally located and easily accessible from throughout the condo. This condo is well-maintained, nicely updated and in good condition. Community amenities include an indoor pool, outdoor pool, sauna, tennis courts and racquetball courts. The beach, shopping, restaurants and more are all nearby. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be in writing. Processing, management and credit card fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to an additional processing fee. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.

Property is equipped with an electronic lock. Guests can go directly to the property to check-in at their convenience anytime after 3:00pm on their arrival date.
