Thank you for the detailed feedback and we’re sorry your stay fell short of expectations. We inspected the unit and have scheduled a deep clean and repair for the shower grout/caulking. Our maintenance team will also check the water pressure and water heater capacity right away, hard water is common in the area, but we’ll evaluate options (pressure adjustments, heater servicing/replacement) to improve hot water availability and rinsing performance. We’ll discuss replacing the thin pillows with better-quality options and look at solutions for the flooring that traps sand (additional mats/cleaning supplies or longer-term flooring options). Pool hours and enforcement are set by the HOA and staff are required to enforce them for safety; we’ll pass along your comments about how that was handled.
