It was a Pleasure hosting you and co workers. You kept the house clean and tidy. You respected the space. I would definitely host you again in the future.

Elizabeth, thank you for sharing our space with your family. It was a pleasure hosting you and your family. I wish you had communicated the need for the TV in the living room rather than the bedrooms while you were there. It's an easy fix; we would just transfer one of the TVs from the room to the living room. Overall, we try our best to please our guests and aim for a perfect guest experience. Hope to host you and your family in the future.

Thank you for staying with us. It was a great pleasure hosting you.

Hello Megan, Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback about your reservation. I strive to provide an accurate description of the property to ensure all guests have a comfortable stay. The apartment layout, including the presence of stairs, is clearly listed on VRBO. I also discussed the layout with you prior to your arrival, and no concerns were raised at that time. Regarding the temperature upon your arrival, each room, including the kitchen and living room, has its own A/C unit. These units are not pre-set, as guests typically adjust them to their personal preference upon arrival. Upon check-in, you noted that the stairs were unsuitable and that the apartment was warm. I understand you made some use of the apartment before deciding to leave. While I appreciate your feedback, I must clarify that the listing accurately reflects the apartment’s details and amenities. Our cancellation policy is strict but can be reviewed for legitimate concerns. I am sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. It is never my intention to cause inconvenience, and I always aim to provide transparency and comfort for my guests. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts. If you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please let me know. Best regards, Nadine (Host)
