Beach Side Studio #4 - Pet Friendly, WiFi, Off-Street Parking, Large Smart TV

For anyone looking for a "budget-conscious" Beach-Side Studio, this is for you! This 1950's apartment building is located steps away from the beach access with a home located in between the apartment building and beach.

If you are traveling light (with no need for an over- abundance of space) this Beach Side Studio is just perfect. We are located just steps away from the beach, with no streets to cross.

The Studio has a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a small eat-in kitchen and a full bathroom.

The bathroom has a combined bathtub and shower with a hand held shower head. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook a meal. We have a full size refrigerator and a gas stove.

Off street parking is just outside your front door.

We also welcome longer term stays in this efficiency apartment.

I've allowed for 3 guests just in case a couple may have an infant or baby. But there is only one Queen Size Bed for sleeping, no other bedding arrangements would work in this studio; it is ideal for a maximum of 2 adults.
Again, the beach is a short one minute walk with no streets to cross!

We are also pet friendly (with a $49 fee)

This Studio Apartment is one of 6 units in this building. The building was built in the 1950's, and as such, many of the the windows, systems and appliances are dated.

We are proud to offer a beach side apartment that is clean, comfortable and provides all the necessities - Smart TV, WiFi, Full Kitchen, Bathroom and best of all - the beaches of the Chesapeake Bay!

We have off-street parking and are close to a brewery/BBQ restaurant that is walking distance. Fishing from the surf is excellent, and the beach is also pet-friendly.

These are older units and do show some of their age as many of the vintage gas stoves remain, as well as the cast iron tubs and sinks. Some of these tubs and sinks may have a bit of rust, but all has been fastidiously cleaned for your use! We are proud to be able to offer such low-priced beach side studios, but we also want our guests to have the proper expectations. These units are clean, but will show "age" with some rust stains on the bathroom appliances, windows that may not open and close properly, flooring that is a bit worn, cracks in the plaster on the walls and/or ceilings, and appliances that show their age; if you will find these issues bothersome, please look for a more contemporary place for your vacation.

If, however, you prioritize being conveniently located to the beach where you plan on enjoying the majority of your vacation, we believe you will be happy here. You will also enjoy a clean, comfortable bed, a large Smart TV (use your own internet streaming), cool air conditioning (window units), WiFi and the personal comfort of being able to bring your furry friend with you!
