Island Glow Kailua Village, AC and ocean views in the heart of Kailua Kona

See whales, dolphins, Ironman Village and Ali’i drive from your very own lanai! Island Glow in Kailua Village is a beautifully remodeled 1 bed 1 bath condo in the heart of historic Kailua Village. You will enjoy ocean views to the west from every room, as well as mountain views to the east. Enjoy the sunset from your own private lanai, the couch, the bed, the kitchen…you get the idea! An assigned parking space means you won’t have to pay to park while you explore downtown Kona because the ocean, shops and restaurants are just steps away!
The full kitchen has everything you need to make yourself at home with all new appliances. The bedroom has a brand new king mattress as well as a desk, in case you need to get some work done during your stay in paradise. Sliding doors to the bedroom can be closed for privacy. In the living room enjoy the smart tv, with basic cable and WiFi. Sit on the lanai to watch the waves crash, watch the boats go by, or you might even see a whale! Hawai’i charges a total of 18.71% in taxes on short term vacation rentals, this will be included in your total.

The condo will be stocked with a starter kit of 3 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels for each stay. Cleaning and laundry services are not provided during your stay, however there are supplies available for use.

The property has keyed access to the elevator and stairs for added security. You will need the keys provided to access the elevator, stairs, laundry room and pool. There are still about 4 stairs you will have to navigate to enter the condo.

While every effort is made to minimize contact, this condo is in a tropical region and it is impossible to eliminate all contact with insects and geckos. Presence of insects or geckos in and around the condo is not grounds for cancellation of a reservation.
