Lined by trees and shrouded in sunshine, The Waterside Gaming Retreat is an ideal spot to bring your family or friends to reconnect with nature and enjoy each other's company. Spend your days fishing off the private dock, running on the basketball court, and gliding across the water on the two kayaks. Lifejackets are also available for your safety. Pair your time outside with a delicious cookout prepared on the gas grill.

Inside, hours of fun can continue in the well-stocked game room! Engage in some playful competition over the air hockey, Ping-Pong, and foosball table. A card table and board games are also available for family game nights.

Newly built in 2022, the interior radiantly gleams with updated appliances and modern conveniences. The living room offers a comfortable space to sit back and stream your favorite shows, whereas the full kitchen will delight any chef with its granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Extra interior perks you'll love include a wood-burning fireplace, central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and internet access.

Within a quick driving distance, explore the Seaford Museum, Blades Park, Roger C. Fisher Laurel River Park, and downtown Seaford and Blades.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
