The Canal House is a fun place to stay with a great location only 5 minutes from Perdido Key’s white sand beaches and azure blue waters! This place was designed to be group-friendly so bring your friends and family! It's a relaxing place to hang out after a great day of fun in the sun. Did we mention it has a HOT TUB?! The Canal House is very close to the beach, but it was set up to make guests want to spend quality time at the house, too! Extra details like family board/card games, yard games, and beach chairs show the owner really cares about the guest experience. There is even a star-shaped waffle maker and a S'mores maker for the patio, and a water-softening system for their guests’ enjoyment.

The Canal House is a fully equipped, spacious 2-story house with comfortable furnishings, a white sand natural yard, and plenty of parking for everyone to drive separately! It even has a separate RV lot with hookups and a boat trailer pad if one wishes to bring their own boat. Galvez Landing Public Boat Ramp is just a few blocks away and is the only free boat launch in the area. The colorful downstairs living area has a fun surf theme. It is a great hangout area and can be used as a gaming room, office, or just a place to relax. It has a convenient kitchenette, perfect for this cool hangout spot. The downstairs also has a separate bedroom with a plush Queen-sized bed and ensuite full bathroom, a sleeping nook with a full-sized bed, and a full-sized sleeper sofa to comfortably sleep 6 people. There is a separate entrance via the garage, but it can be accessed via a gently winding staircase from the upper level as well. Upstairs is the main living area, eat-in kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Master Bedroom has a plush King-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. There is a separate shower and jetted tub for comfort and convenience. The spare bedroom has fun bunk beds perfect for teens, children, or adults, too. There is a full-sized bathroom to serve the guest room and the living area. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped for any meal, but don't worry, there are plenty of popular local restaurants close by, too!

The new Salty Pearl Raw Bar, Fisherman's Corner, and Perdido Seafood Market are all at the end of the street. And Hub Stacey’s At the Point is just a short distance away. Downtown Pensacola and Orange Beach are short drives in either direction and offer lots of attractions, shopping, and restaurants for your enjoyment. Foley Outlet Mall is about 30 minutes away.
