This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, tranquil coastal home with tons of outdoor entertainment is the perfect place for your next 30A beach getaway. Spend your days playing by the shore, relaxing in the private pool, or entertaining in a full screened porch cheering on your favorite game, or riding bikes exploring 30A. After your day in the sun, enjoy your evening cocktail on a large porch as you watch the sun away, or around the comfy sofa cheering on your favorite team.

ABOUT THE AREA: Porch Paradise is located in the coastal town of Seacrest that sits between Seagrove and Alys Beaches along 30A. You have easy access to all that 30A has to offer, but with the secluded feeling this area provides. Seacrest is perfect for nature lovers seeking an unspoiled retreat and in an uncrowded environment. Enjoy canoeing, kayaking, swimming and more in this quaint town with Old Florida charm. There are many options for recreation as well as dining in communities nearby like Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach and the Big Chill (formerly the Hub).

BEACH ACCESS: Seacrest Drive Beach Access which is deeded private access. the nearest public beach is Deer Lake State Park which has bathrooms, showers and ample parking.

Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note: The first and second floors are not connected internally. Access to the first floor requires exiting the second floor and using the exterior stairs.
- Please note the backyard overlooks an active construction site, and guests may experience construction activity and noise during their stay.
- Please note that the owner keeps their car parked within the property all year round.

Parking Details:
- Private parking for up to 4 cars.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

Location was excellent - 500 steps from the water! Main living area was perfect for our family - kitchen, dining and living space all combined! Second level screened porch was perfect - shaded, great get away. Pool was nice - shaded - convenient. I would say the gray Gunite makes the pool look dirty, but it's clean. The check in process needs work - know the only access to the home is the lower level with the keypad and then the key is on a hook by the door for access to the main home. When we arrived, that was unclear and the owner's vehicle was in the primary parking spot. This made us think there were tenants still at the home. It all worked out great but more description on the entry instructions would have been helpful.

Unique home with plenty of space for everyone to hang out. We loved how close we were to the beach. The kids easily rode their bikes to Seaside. Managers were very responsive and helpful with ideas. Would return.

Awesome house

The house is amazing! The kitchen and living area upstairs are very spacious. The beds and bedrooms are very nice, as are the bathrooms. The huge screened in porch is great for hanging out in the evening and there is a gas grill downstairs by the pool so you can cook out while relaxing by the pool. The private beach access is only a 1-2min walk, super easy. Can't wait to stay here again!

Awesome Beach House

Location is perfect, a 1 min walk to the beach access. It is close to lots of good restaurants between Rosemary and Seaside but does not have the terrible traffic of those areas. There is a new Publix right up the road as well. The beach access here is beautiful. Perfect white sand and not crowded at all. The pool area is great on very windy days as it is shielded by the house and trees. The screened in porch is great for relaxing after a day at the beach.

Great vacation

This house was perfect for our family! So much room to spread out and entertain!! The pool of course was the star of the vacation. Beach was a quick walk away and was so overjoyed it wasn't crowded. House was clean and found everything we needed in the kitchen. Managers were very helpful and answered texts very quickly. Would love to come back in a warmer month. Highly recommend!

The place was clean and well-stocked. The only real downside that the listing does not mention is that the bedroom with the bunk beds is only accessible from the main upstairs area by going outside (no stairs inside). We were hoping to have our two young boys stay in the bunk beds, but with it being only accessible by going outside it is really not ideal for families with younger kids. The lower level covered deck was nice, though the TV didn't really work (flickering), and the screens and doors could use some TLC, but overall not a big deal and a great space. I did have to refill the propane tank myself as the one it came with was nearly empty, which was an unplanned expense, but again, minor annoyance. Also the garbage cans were stacked above the brim from the previous guests upon arrival, but they were handled the next day.There was a minor plumbing issue with one of the faucets but the property managers sent someone out quickly to fix it. There was also someone out to clean the pool, though we weren't notified in advance of this, but again not a huge deal. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but the biggest thing that needs to be called out is that the lower level is not accessible from the upper level from the inside, and requires going outside to get there, which is a big deal with small children.

Great stay for our family - me, my husband, my MIL, and our 2 children, ages 7 and 8. 5 min walk to the beach. The pool is BIG. So good and mostly shaded throughout the day which is great. The covered porch downstairs was where we spent majority of our time - hammock, great lounging chairs, table tennis, great view of the pool, a TV. So cute! And mosquito free. I know if our children were older, they would have utilized the downstairs indoor area. Not the best choice if mobility impaired as any way into the main house is up a fight of stairs. Response is not immediate. Keep in mind that this is an Avant Stay property and not a private host, so those special touches that make a VRBO feel like your home will not be there. This is a quiet street. We enjoyed our stay.
