Welcome to our stylish bungalow in the Finger Lakes! Enjoy breathtaking views of the serene lake and picturesque vineyards from the comfort of our modern retreat. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature while savoring local wines, beers, and spirits on the spacious deck. Inside you'll find chic and cozy interior, thoughtfully designed with reclaimed beams salvaged from the circa 1890's barn that once graced the property.

Experience the perfect blend of style and functionality in this one-of-a-kind space. The placement of the windows was specifically designed to capture the views to the West and North from virtually everywhere in the space. The well-equipped kitchenette has everything one would expect in a home (sans an oven although we do have a toaster oven that boasts pizza baking feature!) allowing you to prepare meals with ease, and the conveniently stacked washer and dryer ensure you stay “so fresh and so clean” during your stay. The sleeping loft was designed for kids, teens, and young adults but we also provide 2 sleeping kits that were specifically made for use with the modular sofa as an alternative sleeping arrangement. This bungalow is meant to be couple/family friendly, for cozy night watching movies on tv (with WiFi!) with the lake in the background to make memories overlooking Seneca Lake!

When booked separate from the villa, guests will have exclusive access to the bungalow which is located a little more than 100' from the luxury villa. Considerations were made during the design phase to provide privacy which include: No windows on the Southern (villa -facing) exposure, the deck was strategically built between 2 large evergreen trees and a slat wall was added to provide additional privacy to the deck area. The circular driveway is shared with a single parking space dedicated to the bungalow located at the front of the house.
