Kitchen: The kitchen comes equipped with the following items: basic dining, cooking, and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils, and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons, and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt, and pepper. Other cooking essentials or supplies that are at times provided: condiments like ketchup, mayo, mustard, as well as items like foil, cling wrap, parchment paper, and zip lock bags as well.

House Supplies: Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry detergent.

CAN I PARK ON THE STREET?

NO street parking whatsoever. A $750 fine will be imposed for parking on the street or TOWED!!! Please park in the driveway, which accommodates up to 4 cars: 3 on the driveway itself and 1 in the indoor spot designated for your exotics and specialty cars.
